Hello and welcome, anybody who may come across this little blog of mine! I've just started this blog, and plan on focusing on miniatures, animals, and miniature animals. However, I'm also hoping it can be a fun place to talk about just about anything. We'll see.........

Itty Bitty Mouse (no fur this time)
I just finished this little guy-he's not even 3/4 inches tall. I decided to sculpt him some clothes and forget about the furring this time. He needed a friend, so I made a little stuffed dinosaur for him to play with too (with purple polk-a-dots ???, whatever, lol). When I was first playing around with polymer clay, I really enjoyed making the little critters like this with little clothes on, but seems most people prefer the furred guys. Some day I'll figure out how to make real little clothes for my furred animals (I hope).
P.S. Don't forget to tell me what animal you'd like me to make for my give-away!!
Te ha quedado maravillosamente genial, lo dificl que debe haber sido modelar una pieza tan pequeña y que salga con todos los detallitos, genial!!!!! besitos ascension
Thanks guys!! Yep, I think the tiny ones are the hardest, and especially if they won't be covered by fur. The one thing about furring the animals, though time-consuming and tedious, is that if the sculpt has a small scratch or fingerprint or other little mark, it doesn't matter so much since it won't be seen. But my mom prefers the furless ones, so I have to make those occassionally, lol.
He is really cute, so are your furry animals. I know i am too late for your give-away, but if i can vote i will vote fr the furry mouse. I just found your blog and i will follow you from now on. Have a nice weekend. Maria
Hey Maria! Welcome! Sure you can vote, I have no rules. I have no idea how I'm even going to pick a winner yet, LOL. I think you are the majority when it comes to the furred or unfurred animals. Most seem to like the furry guys best (except my mom likes these ones with the little clothes, lol).
This is Pip. Her mommy was trapped and killed when she was less than 3 weeks old and was left helpless and starving. She is just one of the many animals that have been given a second chance at life thanks to Rascal Rescue. You can check out "The Laughing Raccoon" Blog by clicking on the image. Read about the raccoon families and other critters and enjoy looking at photos of some of the cutest little animals, like Pip here. And if you'd like to help, you can make a donation by clicking on the donate button. Thank you everyone, and a big thanks to Deanna of Rascal Rescue for taking such good care of our furry friends.
He's really cute! You really pack a lot of personality in your tiny little guys! Bravo!
