The finished "Mousketeer"

Being he's a mouse, I decided his "sword" would be an ordinary household straight pin.  And guess what the hat was?  Oh YESS, major PITA with a capital "P" !!  I even sustained a minor finger injury, but I guess that's not too surprising being the klutz that I am.

    Duh, I should have read the last entry comments before I commented here. Working backwards wasn't so smart. And I was thinking the musketeer was named Artimus. How about deleting these entries to save my embarrassment?

    I guessed he was in one of those reality shows..."Americans can dance" or whatever there called ....but your fencing mouse is far more charming . I would hate to be the cat on the wrong end of his pin .

    He is a cute as he is feisty!

    I know Catherine, thanks to the all the guesses on the previous post, I now want to make some mice dancing, surfing, playing table tennis, etc. :D
    Bridget, I'll have a lot more pictures of the guy on my "For Sale" page when / if I list him, and I usually have at least one with a ruler next to the miniature. This guy measures 1 & 1/8 inch tall (7/8" without the hat, lol).

    En garde, beware Cardinal Catchelieu...!!! He's so lovely, and you've done a miracle with the hat, so your minor major finger injury had at least a sense... ;O) But do you remember, there have to be four of them... Aramis, Porthos, Athos und D'Artagnan... (LOL)
