I've finally finished the little raccoon for you Margaret! He's all ready to go and eager to see his new home and mommy. Or maybe he is a she. Of course this is up to you, as well as giving him or her a name, lol.
Actually, even though he's ready to go, the post office isn't. They're closed until Monday. But he'll be on his way then.
And again, thanks so much all of you who participated in my little give-away. *hugs*
(sorry, the photo isn't the greatest. I'm tired, lol).
What a gorgeous pair, I promise to give them a good home Kristy!

ReplyDeleteIra, panda bears are white and black and come from China, but they do look similar to koalas I guess. Hahaha, sorry Ira, I had to give you a hard time when I saw your typo. (hugs) Oooooh, I think the next tiny teddy bear I make will be a panda!!! Thanks for the idea Ira!! :D
I love it Kristy, just adorable!

ReplyDeleteOH. My. God. Kristy, they are GORGEOUS!!!! You even made a tiny Koala and suitcase!!!! That's it- I want to live in Kristy's world, damnit!!!!
ReplyDeleteOh Kristy, they are adorable. And it's such a nice thought to give the racoon a little company. It's much less frightening to go on such a long journey with someone to hold on.
ReplyDeleteawwww, Margaret is going to be so excited to open this package up- turned out incredible Kristy- just too dang sweet!
ReplyDeleteThank you Kiva, Andrea, and Kim!!!! :)
ReplyDeleteKiva-you don't want to live in "Kristy's world", believe me! LOL
Andrea, yep, I agree. I think he'll be a lot happier on his journey with his little teddy bear buddy.
Kim, I hope she will be, and I'm confident they'll be very happy with her. ;)
That koala is perfect! :]
ReplyDeleteLOL, hey Brae!! Looks like you got it to work. Yeah! And thank you Thank you THANK YOU!!!
ReplyDeleteKristy, I love that raccoon! There is something different about it from your others. Is the color different? I don't know what it is, if anything, but it stands out to me. And the koala and suitcase are perfect, as your little accessories always are!
ReplyDeleteHey! Welcome home C! :)
ReplyDeleteIt seems like every animal comes out looking a little different. I don't use molds and it's hard to copy something exactly.
But you're right, I did change a couple colors. My raccoons always had a dark brownish nose, dark brownish hands and feet, and pinkish ears on the inside, whereas this guy has a black nose, hands and feet, and just a lighter gray for the insides of his ears. This guy's colors are closer to the real thing.
Do I know my friend's work or what? LOL!
ReplyDeleteHey, thanks for the welcome home, but I'm just stopping in for a second. Haven't been able to spend much time online at all. I miss my cyber-life!
